1. Scope of Services

PrBlogger Outreach provides digital marketing services, specifically focusing on manual outreach, guest posting, link building, and digital PR. All services are performed ethically using white-hat methodologies. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, as algorithms are controlled by third-party search engines.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate information regarding their business, target keywords, and website. Any delays in providing required information or approving content may result in campaign delays. The client assumes full responsibility for the legality and accuracy of their own website content.

3. Placements and Permanence

We guarantee that all guest post placements secured by our team will remain live for a minimum of 12 months. If a placement is removed or the link is altered by the publisher within this timeframe, we will provide a replacement of equal or higher value at no additional cost. We have no control over publisher websites and cannot guarantee permanence beyond this period, though the vast majority remain live indefinitely.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon invoicing schedule. For custom campaigns, a deposit may be required before outreach begins. All payments are non-refundable once the outreach process and content creation have commenced, as these involve irreversible manual labor.

5. Revisions and Approvals

Clients will be given the opportunity to review content before it is pitched to publishers (if specified in their plan). Minor revisions are included. Complete rewrites due to a change in the client's initial brief may incur additional fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pr Blogger Outreach, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to loss of traffic or revenue.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. By using this website you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.
